To understand from an enterprise’s perspective, in the sentence “if we allocate the wealth to everyone, people will gather here”, the “wealth” refers to all available resources including profits, and “gather” refers to reasonable allocation and integrated development of all resources; in the sentence “if we have the wealth all to ourselves, people will leave”, the “wealth” refers to the resources which have been integrated and developed.
